After completing the Signal Strength quest and then get back to The Missing link main quest, soon you need to pause it again. In order to earn Rose’s trust, there are still two more quests you need to complete for her. The first and meanwhile, also the main quest is named: Fallout 76 Flavors of Mayhem. And of course, this quest is one of the strangest quests you will ever undertake in Appalachia.

Now How To Complete The Fallout 76 Flavors Of Mayhem Main Quest?
First Of All Testing Rose’s Syringer:
For your very first task, Rose wants you to upgrade and test her new Karma Syringer. So she will offer you the Syringer, as well as some of the necessary material. Head to the nearest Fallout 76 Weapons Workbench (There is one in one of the shops on the second floor of Top of the world and so far we consider that is the nearest workbench). Apart from that, you will also need Psycho, Glowing Resin, and Firecracker Berry in Fallout 76 game. Once you craft the gun successfully, Rose will give you the next task: Shoot a Yao Guai With This New Gun.
In order to finish this task, you can follow the map to the marked location shown here. If possible, you also can do a Fast Travel to Seneca Rocks Visitor Center and then head north from there.
You can find a Yao Guai at a campsite north of the Monangah Power Plant, and it will spawn in the middle of the camp, right next to the overlook. You need to shoot the Yao Guai with the Karma Syringer, and after you shoot it, it will go aggro and what’s worse, you might make it incredibly strong for one minute. But do not worry about that, when that really happens, you can just circle around some nearby trees for cover to avoid its attacks. And once the Karma drugs wear off, the Yao Guai will become so weak, and that would be the perfect time for you to take it down.
Secondly Making Explosive Bait:
Your next task is crafting and using Explosive Bait. The recipe to make Explosive Bait needs Adhesive, Copper, Radstag Meat and a Fragmentation Mine. You can find all of these materials in a quest marked Explosive Crate west of ATLAS Observatory, and east of Monongah Power Plant.
This explosive bait can be made using a Tinker’s Workbench. Once you’ve made a bait, your next objective will be to use it on a wild animal. Go to the circle marked on your map, very far from the southwest of Top of the World, and northwest of Whitespring Resort. Then throw out the bait and wait for an enemy to set it off to complete this objective.
Thirdly Make Friends With A Deathclaw:
Once you have baited an enemy successfully with your explosives, here comes the third task is…to be exact, that is a difficult task because Rose wants you to “make friends” with a Deathclaw in Fallout 76. And of course, you can find a Deathclaw spawn quest marked on your map, just west of Top of the World. Go over and make your way down the cliffside where you will come across the Deathclaw.
“Make friends”, what this actually means is that you need to get within melee range then press the Activate button when a Deathclaw appears. At first, the Deathclaw will become passive for a few seconds, and then continue attacking. At this point, you either kill the Deathclaw or run for your life. You can feel free to kill it for some extra loot, but the quest will progress either way (keep in mind that you can use Rose’s Karma Syringer to defeat Deathclaw in the same way you did the Yao Guai).
Fourth Steal From A Super Mutant Camp:
In Fallout 76 game, next on Rose’s list is some high powered gear and she wants you to steal a Missile Launcher from a marked Super Mutant camp. That gear can be found at Crevasse Dam, which is a Super Mutant infested camp located in The Mire, pretty far to the east of ATLAS Observatory. Be sure you bring along the Firenbreather’s Helmet, or some other types of protective headgear, cause the air quality in The Mire is quite terrible.
Once you get to the Crevasse Dam carefully clear out the Super Mutants waiting over there. There is an opportunity for a dangerous Legendary Super Mutant to spawn as well, so be sure to carry some Stimpaks or some other healing items. If you are having trouble defeating them then you can lure them into the parking lot and then throw some grenades at them. You also can deal extra damage by blowing up any vehicles they are just standing by.
Once you defeat all the Super Mutants, you can pick up whatever loot you want from the dam and then head up to the roof. Over there you will notice a throne with a dead body. On the corpse, you will find a set of truck keys that could be used to unlock a large truck sitting behind the dam. Once you get inside the truck, you will find a Missile Launcher and a set of Fallout 76 power armor. Looting these items will satisfy Rose’s latest objective, letting you begin the final part of this quest.
Fifth Kill A Feral Ghoul:
With Missile Launcher in hand, go to the Savage Divide via fast travel from the Whitespring Resort or on foot. Follow Rose’s final task instruction and kill a Feral Ghoul in the marked circle. And then she will consider your objective complete, but meanwhile, she will also challenge you to eat the Ghoul as well. If you have the Cannibal Perk Card, then you can equip it and eat the Ghoul to gain some extra experience. Either way, go back and talk to Rose at Top of the World to finish this quest and then initialize the next one.
